fight against the flab




Have you ever tried something that looked easy..and then after minutes of sweating and screaming...you realize how completely out of shape you are...and are therefore kinda horrified. This happened to me when i stumbled across the workout goddess herself...Tracy Anderson. She is a celebrity trainer to the likings of Madonna, Nicole Richie, and Gweneth Paltrow. i decided if it was good enough for Madonna it was good enough for me? right? jk...but seriously have you seen her arms lately?
So instead of dropping major dough (90 bucks) on a workout video of hers...or paying 1000's for personal training lessons, i decided to look through youtube and happened to find these butt busting (literally) videos. i honestly barely made it through the bun and thighs video the first time i tried it..i verbally yelled back at her "tracy i can't do it" haha but she "told" me i was doing great and it was enough motivation to continue going haha. my friend taylor did it with me the next day...and she also realized Tracy Anderson is no joke....
(If you are feeling up to it...(or your thighs and side butt) give this little video a try. its also a little upsetting how easy she makes this look. it kinda boggles my mind

now if your arms need a little toning and you are feeling lazy...this is the perfect one for you. When i saw a video of an arm routine where you could sit and do it at the same time i was like SAWEET this looks easy....um yeah i was wrong.....she fooled me. This burns like crazy...but there is some satisfaction in that when you have completed it!
