hair goodies

One of my favorite people from school James, always commented on all the little hair accessories i would wear in my hair! he knows i loved accessories! One day he told me he had something that he thought i could makes something really neat out of! he brought me an old placemat that his grandmother had made, and as soon as i saw it i know it was pure magic! i knew i could make some amazing hair clips out of it! I brought it home...busted out my great grandpas button collection, the bead collection from my aunts grandma, bobby pins, hair clippies, a seam ripper....and my handy dandy glue gun!

all i had to do was separate the sweet little circles that make up the placemat with the seam ripper...i picked out the ones that i liked together... picked out my bling for the top of my clip...and glued it all on the clippy. ( i did some on bobby pins) and TA-DA a wonderful.....completely vintage hair accessory!!!
