This little life of mine: a week to give thanks, paint, and rip apart a house

This Thanksgiving break has been a wonderful....yet busy few days! Thanksgiving was spent with phil's family out in merced and that was great. i ate too much, laughed just as much, and just enjoyed being with everyone on such a fun special day. I was greatly reminded of all the things i have to give thanks for. after thanksgiving was over...sadly so was all the fun (kinda) haha.
back in 2010 when phil got back from Afghanistan he bought a house ...this house when bought , had renters already living in it so basically just the ownership of the house changed and the same renters have been living in his house ever since until recently. once they moved out we found a whole ton of work that needed to be done in order for phil's new renters to be able to move in. THEREFORE our whole weekend together was spent cleaning ...i mean deep cleaning....ripping out toilets and cleaning them....scrubbing floorboards and walls and like basically anything visible cause you knew it was just going to be fifthly, oh and painting the whole house. and really there was just a ton of work to be done. luckily we got to do it together and it made it all that much more "fun" haha .
